Important Notices:

- This fanfiction story takes place in 2011. So future games are not included here. (There are a few, but not many)
- This fanfiction is completely fan-made, and they're based on canon Nintendo games such as Super Mario 64, Paper Mario, Super Mario Sunshine, Legend of Zelda: 'Majora's Mask', etc. And it never actually happened. I repeat, just fan-made.
- A remake has been developed and had some notable changes between the original and 3D version, so I have to adjust and adapt my story. Unfortunately the changes are just too ridiculously many and has many pros and cons! So I just give you the link so you can see it for yourself. But for certain the boss battles will definitely be like the 3D versions, they are pretty cool.
- Characters such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Fox McCloud, Samus Aran, Megaman or Donkey Kong will NOT appear in the fanfiction for it's only a crossover about the Super Mario Universe and Legend of Zelda: 'Majora's Mask'.
- There are no fan-characters in this fanfiction except two which are a Toad and a Dry Bones who didn't had names in the games but will be named in this fanfic.
- You must have played or at least have knowledge about the games of Mario since 1981 and the game Legend of Zelda: 'Majora's Mask'. But worry not, I will try answer every question you might ask during the fanfictions. Note me for questions!

Previously Deku Mario, Deku Link and Tatl started to carry out the deal they've made with the Happy Masks Salesman, to reclaim their stolen items and retrieve Majora's Mask from Skull Kid in exchange to get back to normal and to reunite with Tatl's brother Tael, and that in three days! They've just escaped from the dog and they're heading now to the Great Fairy's Fountain.

*Meanwhile at Peach's Castle*

Peach: *Sitting and waiting on the couch* *Thinking* "Hmmm...what's Mario taking so long, it has almost been an hour..."

Peach's going to the Toad who sent the mail to Mario.

Peach: "Toad?"

Toad: "Oh Princess Peach, what is it?"

Peach: "Did you sent the letter to Mario?"

Toad: "Of course I did, Princess. I give it to Parakarry to deliver it to him. And you know Parakarry is an expert in delivering mail."

Peach: "I see, but Mario hasn't arrived yet."

Toad: "Oh, did you invite him over?"

Peach: "Yeah..."

Toad: "Well if I didn't know any better, he should have been here already by then. Something must've probably hold him up. Don't worry."

Peach: Okay, well in that case I'll wait for 10 more minutes then."

Toad: "Okay Princess...hey wait, I'll ask Parakarry if he knows anything."

Peach: "Good idea, Toad! Please do that for me?"

Toad: "With pleasure, Your Highness."

*Back at Mario and Youn- I mean Deku Mario and Deku Link*

*Fairy's Fountain* 06:18 A.M.

Deku Mario: "Whoa, it's so beautiful in here-a, and the fountain..."

Deku Link: "Yeah it is, isn't it?"

Tatl: "Oh no! The Great Fairy!"

Deku Mario: "Huh?"

Deku Link: "What the...What is it, Tatl?"

Tatl: "Th-The Great Fairy...she-uh, she's been shattered into Stray Fairies!!"

Deku Mario: "What!?"

Deku Link: "St-Stray Fairies?"

Deku Mario: "You-You mean she's been shattered into tiny pieces just like that?"

Deku Link: "Seems to be the case I'm afraid."

Stray Fairies: "Young one and the chosen one! Please hear my plea! I have been broken and shattered to pieces by the masked Skull Kid."

Deku Mario, Deku Link, Tatl: "WHAT, SKULL KID!?"

Deku Link: "That bastard, as if he hasn't caused enough trouble already!"

Tatl: *Thinking* "Skull Kid, what the hell are you doing?"

Deku Mario: "That Skull Kid seems to be more menacing than I imagine."

Stray Fairies: "Please find the one Stray Fairy lost in town, and bring her to this Fairy Fountain."

Deku Mario: "Oh we sure will, Stray Fairies!"

Deku Link: "Yeah, we'll be back in no time!"

Stray Fairies: "Then let me recover you to full health."

Deku Mario and Deku Link are fully healed.

Deku Mario: "Mama-mia!! I feel very energetic!"

Deku Link: "Me too, lets go!"

Tatl: "Then lets hurry, we have no time to waste! That Skull Kid has gone too far! We can't just let this happen!"

Deku Mario: "Right!"

Deku Link: "Indeed!"

*North Clock Town* 06:24 A.M.

Deku Link: "But...where to start?"

Deku Mario: "I don't-a know..."

Tatl: *Faints* "Ugh! Quick! We have to find the Stray Fairy in town and return the Great Fairy to normal!"

Deku Link: "Drat, we don't even know where we are, let alone finding that Stray Fairy."

Deku Mario: "Look, we can ask that man over there."

Deku Mario points at the small guy dressed in green tights accented with red who's dancing around in circles.

Deku Mario: "It never hurts to ask people around you, you know."

Deku Link: "Works for me. I do that all the time as well."

Deku Mario: "Uhm, excuse me sir, but..."

The man ignored Deku Mario when he suddenly saw Deku Link.

???: "What's this? Green clothes...White fairy... Sir, could you, by chance, be a forest fairy?"

Deku Link: "Uhh, not really but, it certain ways...yes perhaps."

???: "Oh my!"

Deku Mario: "So what-a about it?"

???: "My name is Tingle! I think I am the same as you, sir. A forest fairy!"

Tatl: *Thinking* "Yeah right, and I am an Octorok..."

Deku Link: "Uh really, 'cause you don't look-"

Tingle: "Alas, though I am already age 35, no fairy has come to me yet...My father tells me to grow up and act my age, but why?"

Deku Link: "Well because you're-"

Deku Mario: "Shh, no! Let him be..."

Tingle: "I tell you...Tingle is the very reincarnation of a fairy!"

Deku Mario, Deku Link, Tatl:

Deku Mario: "Uhmm, never mind..."

Deku Link: *Whispering* _{"Lets get out of here, this guy is stark, raving mad..."}

Tatl: *Whispering* _{"Good idea, slowly..."}

They slowly walk away from Tingle.

Tingle: "Now while I stand here waiting here for a fairy of my own, I sell maps to help out my father."

Deku Mario, Deku Link, Tatl: *Stops immediately*

Deku Mario: "WAIT, what!?"

Deku Link: "Did you just say you sell maps!?"

Tingle: "Why yes I did. I sell maps to help out my father. I have maps from all over Termina."

Deku Mario: "Termina?"

Tatl: "Yeah, that's the name of this land."

Deku Link: "Sounds like a rather dark name..."

Deku Mario: "You can say that again."

Tatl: *Whispering* _"Wussies..."

Deku Link: "I heard that, you tramp."

Tingle: *Dancing* "Lucky! Lucky! You're so lucky to have a fairy! I know! I know! We should be friends!"

Deku Mario: "Eh, well..."

Deku Link: "I'm not so sure about that, Tingle..."

Tatl: *Whispering* _{"Say no, we don't have much time ya know!?"}

Deku Link: *Whispering* _{"Are you nuts?"}

Tingle: "Yes! Yes! In exchange, I will sell you a map for cheap as a sign of my friendship."

Deku Mario: "Wait, you'd do that-a for us?"

Tingle: "Of course, we're friends now."

Deku Link: Well, alright then. Sounds awfully nice, but you shouldn't have."

Tingle: "Anything for friends, although we've just met, oh well...Will you buy one of Tingle's maps?"

Deku Mario: "Well Mr. Tingle, we only need a map of this town."

Deku Link: "Do you have one, Tingle?"

Tingle: "Why certainly, for 5 Rupees and it's all yours."

Deku Link: "5 Rupees!?"

Tatl: "Say yes!"

Deku Link: "Alright then, I take it, Tingle!"

Tingle: "Yippee! Here you go!"

Deku Link got a map of Clock Town!

Deku Link: "Thank you, here's a Blue Rupee."

Tingle: "Well, call again! *Bends over and scatters sparkles* Tingle, Tingle! Koolooh-Limpah!"

Deku Mario, Deku Link, Tatl: "..."

Tingle: "...These are the magic words that Tingle created himself. Don't steal them!"

Deku Mario: "Worry not, why would we, we're friends, right?"

Tingle: "Right, but just in case, you never know."

Deku Link: "True that, now lets check out this map, shall we?"

Tatl: "Yes, and hurry up, we're running out of time here!"

Deku Link: "Put a boot in it, will ya? It's not even noon, so calm down!"

Deku Mario: "Yeah, besides we have a map-a now."

Tatl: "I don't know about you but it's already 7 o'clock in the morning!"

Deku Mario, Deku Link: "So?"

Tatl: "So? Don't you realize that one hour has already past?"

Deku Mario, Deku Link: "WHAT!!!"

Deku Mario: "How can that-a be?"

Deku Link: "But it just felt like an half hour if you ask me."

Tatl: "That's because you doltsheads don't know anything about the time-stream of Termina."

Deku Link: "Wait, how the heck do you KNOW that?"

Tatl: "I have been out of Termina once, then I noticed a certain time difference between Termina and the world outside of Termina. That's how figured it out."

Deku Mario: "Well how the heck was I supposed to know that!?"

Tatl: "That's why I want you to listen to me! That means no more messing around and all that kinds of stuff. Because I'm dead serious about those stupid three days."

Deku Mario: "I see, so the time-stream in Termina is faster than normal, huh? I've never experienced that in my entire life. Oh well, we better lets-a go then!"

Deku Link: "I understand, but let me please check out this map of...*Reads it*...[Clock Town!] It won't be a minute...or should I say 2 minutes."

Tatl: "Is that supposed to be funny, because it's not."

Deku Link: "You're no fun at all, you know that!?"

Deku Mario: "I think it was-a, hehehe."

*15 minutes later or in Terminan...30 minutes*

Deku Mario, Tatl: "...Well?"

Deku Link: "It's a pretty hard one, just a sec..."

Tatl: "No way, joker! We're going!"

Deku Mario: "Yeah, I can't waste any minutes now! We need to find that little fairy, remember?"

Tatl: "The Stray fairy that is."

Deku Mario and Tatl starting to head out to find the lone Stray Fairy while Deku Link tries to keep up and checks the map at the same time.

Will they find the Stray Fairy in time to recover the shattered Great Fairy, will they have enough time to get back their precious items so they can turn back to their former self and reunites Tatl with her younger brother Tael and retrieve the stolen Mask from Skull Kid? And what about Mario, will he ever return back home to his own dimension? Find out next time...that sounded a bit like Dragonball Z, wasn't it?
